We are a licensed Florida real estate brokerage and can offer licensed Florida real estate agents a place to park their license without incurring the typical costs that come with a traditional brokerage. Headquartered in Orlando, we service the entire Sunshine state and agents from all Florida counties.
Our Mission
Peak Referral Realty was founded with a vision to expand traditional real estate engagement. For a variety of reasons, licensed agents are faced with the decision to make their license inactive. This may be due to economic or other life changes that do not allow them to continue to work as a full-service realtor. Our brokerage allows agents to leverage existing and future relationships with their sphere of influence at a much lower cost.

Amy Noble
Amy brings more than 30 years of professional experience including commercial and residential real estate, property management, construction development, financial management, condo association management and hospitality management. Amy has worked with property owners, buyers, investors, medical professionals, and business owners, guiding them through all aspects of their real estate transactions.
Amy has served on numerous boards and is an accredited buyers’ agent. She has the following memberships and designations.
